DESIGN, PROOFING & DELIVERY


Orders can be placed online by email. All quotes can be customised according to your needs. Once payment is received the design process starts.

Allow for extra invitations - we suggest a minimum of 10. For blank guest names and as a keepsake. Initial proofs will be emailed as a pdf within one week.

Changes required are best sent by return email. You can request up to three complimentary changes, any extra changes will be charged at $10 per proof.

Once final sign off has been received, your stationery will be printed within 2-4 weeks. Allow extra time for premium finishes.

All stationery will be dispatched once the final balance has been received.

ILIYA specialises in two main printing methods - digital and fine print, and also digital design files if our print prices do not meet your budget.

Fine printing methods include hot foil stamping & letterpress finishes. We offer a range of options to meet all needs and budgets including the most affordable, streamlined, and straightforward print and design method.

All existing designs can be customised in line with your expectations and needs. Prices will vary per design change.

One other stylistic decision that impacts cost is whether you'd like a single or double-sided design. Our designs are traditionally single-sided, but can be printed on both sides if requested.

Duplex mounted, doubled sided cards are also available, all add-ons are at an additional cost.


Delivery

Shipping costs are additional based on the size of the order and shipping location. These are calculated upon quote request or through online checkout.

Orders are delivered via courier with signature required. Additional shipping costs apply to any new orders.


Postage

We aim to send your entire order in one delivery, however if you have ordered any add-ons or extra cards please allow some time after receiving your order.

Keep in mind additional shipping costs apply to any new orders.

A5 size cards or heavier envelopes requires extra postage, in Australia 2 stamps are required.

We recommend to check shipping cost and sizes. For any further information or queries please don't hesitate to contact us.


Timeline and bookings

We recommend mailing your save the dates as soon as the venue and date are secured.

We suggest you allow your guests to respond four to six weeks prior to the wedding and eight or more if you are expecting travellers from afar.

Please allow production time of 2 - 4 weeks for non-personalized items and 3-6 weeks for personalized items.


Preparing your order

We suggest establishing a wedding and stationery timeline and collection deadline date before placing your order(s). This ensures all details are taken care of in perfect timing.
